This is a very well built and cared for shop building built by Gary Jones in 2008. Fully insulated by McBride insulation. This shop is currently zoned residential. It would make a great storage for a car collector or someone with a lot of toys! A buyer would need to obtain a variance from the county to make it commercial. There are currently 4 10″ doors with openers. There is a drain in the middle of the shop. 220 electricity with plug ins every 15′ or so. also plug ins on the outside.
