Owner financing is available. Skip the bank, negotiate terms directly with the owner, and secure a gated, super-private mountaintop lot on a timeline that works for you. Escape the sprawl. As Boise grows and real privacy gets harder to find, this gated mountaintop setting still offers what the valley no longer can: a super-private lot, quiet, and views of the backside of Bogus Basin that will dare you to stop looking—about 35 minutes from Micron. Six-plus acres sit behind the gate, bordered by State public land, with panoramic views of wooded mountaintops and the backside of Bogus Basin. No HOA. No CCRs. The lot itself is tucked away and private, the kind of seclusion you do not have to share with the street or the neighbors. Hunt right out your door, and when the light dies, zero light pollution leaves the night sky wide open for star gazing. Solar potential is strong for an off-grid setup, whether you build a cabin or home or simply park a 5th wheel for quick getaways.
